Mine are going great! Why? Because, I didn't even bother to make any.

You seem to be doing quite well with yours.

I made lots, followed them less successfully.

Health:
1. Lose weight to at least 199 lbs. (Onederland) and keep it off
Still working on it, not much progress yet, today was 219.2,
basically I have lost the same 5 pounds over and over since Jan 2.
Dropped off for a while, but back on it again

2. Walk treadmill 20 min M-F, yoga DVD M-F, 25-50 ball crunches M-F,
15-25 wall push-ups M-F, mini-tramp 2-5 min M-F
Modified to 20 min on treadmill 5 x a week
after I got sick and got gout again,
four weeks down took it out of me

3. Set up and carry out daily self-care regimen: inc. Vitamin daily,
weekly spa day, 7hrs + sleep daily
Vitamins bothered me so that was discontinued,
sleep is going pretty well about 3/4 of the time,
Getting up at 5 am most weekday mornings, so it is ok
done really well on spa day most of the time (missed 2 while I was sick)

Family:
1. Date night with dh on payday at least
2. Call kids and bros, (did for awhile,
they seemed to feel I was checking up on them so stopped)
email Harriet, Melodie, and Uncle Bob/Aunt Phyliss nothing done so far
3. Visit girls at least every 2 weeks
This hasn't been regular, but better than when they were in NM,
weather mostly and their schedules and sickness.
Mischa had a party on Jan 2, and we have been over
to visit a few times. This weekend was aborted
because of sickness (at my placefor potluck, rescheduling)
Not on goal list, but of note: reconciled with
both my oldest daughter (3 yrs since we had spoken,
and one half-sister (30 yrs+) so that was really good.
Not "mushy" but we at least acknowledge each other now .. it is a start

Financial:
1. BEF ($1000.00) bal is 0
2. Pay down debt with $50.00 snowball regular payments no extra
3. Stay within current budget

Intellectual:
1. Sucessfully finish 1 class for Spring semester (started with 3)
way behind, hopefully catch up this week,

between them dropping my classes for non-payment
(even though the voucher was in their office a week
before they dropped me) and then a teacher without
a syllabus for 4 classes (I finally dropped the class)
I was pretty depressed and way behind. then had a
problem with a test as well, so it was a disaster this semester

2. Read at least three books per month: 1 non-fiction, 1 fiction, 1 mystery fiction
I think I finished two, so that is 1 a month,
one fiction, non-mystery and one bio

Social:
1. Attend at least one school activity per month
2. Attend at least one church activity monthly- several and with dh most of the time
3. Attend church weekly only - missed 2 weeks, 1 for sickness, one for weather

Professional:
1. Continue to work on degree requirements - see above
2. Finish all "ongoing" LHC projects

Spiritual:
1. Finish marriage clearance process,
my part is done, in progress
2. Steps toward full membership completed
also in progress
3. Spiritual reading/Bible daily
4. Read Breathnach book daily dropped this, too much

Home:
1. Vacuum, mop, dust, clean baths weekly ... most weeks
2. Declutter 2010 items during the year,
dropped this as well, lost track long ago,
but have been simplifing.

You know, I haven't done all that bad.
It "felt" much worse than it was.
Mostly school and finances, not much I could have done about either.

They are going pretty well, actually, and it looks like they're going pretty well for everyone! My habits have improved considerably this past couple of months. I know from vacation that they are still subject to daily effort, though--so not really ingrained yet.

I have:
--moderated my coffee habit
--eliminated my soda habit
--done pretty well on the flossing habit
--steadily had at least 2 good workouts a week (increasing now)
--mostly eaten at home, with a huge decrease in takeout/eating out
--eaten as I ought to, primarily

I'm pleased with progress so far, though I still have a number of habits to work on.
