Beef stew in the crockpot with homemade bread is tonight.
I'm making an effort to plan meals and shop more efficiently, so I got the menu plan for the week done in advance. Menus for this week: scrambled eggs, bacon and toast crock pot beef stew with homemade bread chicken penne with green beans and roast potatoes chicken breasts with caramelized onions, cranberries, and balsamic vinegar, asparagus and sweet potato baked salmon with black bean salsa, corn saute, and broccoli (DH will hate. Pork chop for him?) steak fajitas with corn tortillas
