    I want to toss the paper this is written on, so thought I'd post it here.

    date: 3/24/15
    weight: 160.5 lbs
    fat percent: 38% (via electrical resistance on my scale)

    date: look up the date of my physical
    weight: 166.6 lbs (dressed)
    height: 5' 5 3/4"
    temp: 98*
    BP: 105/68

    intervention:
    cut sugar and gluten from diet
    fast 1 day a week
    work on improving my sleep hygene

    5/31/15
    weight: 150.5 lbs

    6/8/15
    weight: 149.5 lbs
    fat percent: 33%

    intervention:
    track the time of my last cup of coffee
    aim to meet writing group at 10:00 AM

    6/23/15
    weight: 148.5
    fat percent: 34%

    intervention:
    no coffee (or ginger) after 2:00 pm
    research gym option in town
