    Sunday, October 20th

    weight: 141.5
    body fat percent: 30
    when did I turn off the computer? 10:45 PM
    what time did I go to bed? 11:15 PM
    did I take my PM meds and suppliments? 9 mg melatonin
    okay, what time did I turn off the iPad? after midnight, I think
    and when did I close the book? after 1:00 AM, I think
    what time did I get up? 6:00 AM
    so how many hours did I get? four to five fitful hours.
    how much do I need to make up? ()()()()

    AM ROUTINE:
    weigh in
    meditate
    make lemon water--no lemons. fridge is bare. but clean!
    fill water bottle
    participate in meeting
    eat breakfast

    THE DAY
    exercise--a bit sore, did yoga last night: vacuum (), Pilates ()
    rest
    take shower
    shave
    do skin
    do face
    hydrate ()()()()()()()
    eat ()()()()()()()
    check in w/ DH

    PM ROUTINE
    check schedule and weather for tomorrow
    pick out what to wear
    make packing list
    pack
    post to mtg ()()

    yay back, EmilyD! I've been thinking about the frugal living thread as well, as I want to track stuff on a weekly basis.

    I am still working on rearranging my "plan".
    I will take off my daily health stuff from my other list
    and then it won't be so long and boring for others LOL.

    I will start up the Abundant living thread today.
