    Default Christmas Day Menu

    So whats for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner for your family this Christmas?

    We arn't hosting but I still cook a bit so * = something I am making or bringing

    Breakfast - with my folks at their place
    Ham on toast
    Poached eggs
    Fresh fruit & juice
    Glass of bubbly (with strawberry) *

    Lunch - at Daniel's Uncles place
    Twice Roasted Pork Belly *
    Regular roast pork
    Cured Salmon with orange & mesculin salad *
    Ham
    Roast Chicken
    Fresh prawns & usually some lobster
    Tomato, Basil & Bocconcini Salad *
    3 more salads from another aunt
    Plenty of wine and beer *
    Toblerone Cheesecake
    Pavolova
    Fresh fruit salad
    Brandy Snap Baskets
    Apricot Balls *
    White Christmas *
    White RockyRoad *
    Panforte Nero *
    Buttered Rum Brazil Nuts *

    Dinner - still at Uncles Place
    Left overs if anyone is still hungry

    Cajun Croissant Breakfast Pudding
    Monkey Bread
    Coffee
    OJ/Mimosas

    Snackage:
    Roast Pork Tenderloin
    Sweet hot and Homemade mustard sauces
    Chevre with Roasted Garlic, Wensleydale and Brie with Crackers
    Fresh Fruit

    Dinner:
    Prime Rib
    Yorkshire pudding
    Garlic mashed potatoes
    Spinach Salad
    French Green beans with hazelnuts

    Dessert: Lemon tart, Lime tart

    Bacon
    Sausage Links
    Whole Wheat Toast

    Snack-ables - We'll Just Call This Lunch

    Cream Cheese Dip w/lump crab meat
    Crackers (whole wheat and butter)

    Dinner

    Spiral Sliced Ham
    Pork Stuffing
    Potatoes
    Grilled Leeks (weather permitting)
    Smashed Brocoflower

    [color=blue]Christmas Eve is our main celebration:
    Appetizer: tuna dip & crackers, elf punch
    Brown sugar spiral sliced ham
    Hash Brown Surprise Casserole
    Baby Corn medley
    Christmas Jello (striped strawberry & lime)
    Potato dinner rolls
    Dessert: assorted baked goods that everyone brings, coffee

    Breakfast and Brunch will be here. We're going to my friend's house for dinner. There are four families and each family is bringing part of the meal. We had a great time celebrating this way at Thanksgiving and decided to do it again for Christmas.

    Mandarin Oranges

    Dinner
    Ham
    Turkey
    Sausage Stuffing
    Green Bean Casserole
    Corn on the Cob
    Cranberries
    Loaded Mashed Potatoes

    Pies
    Cookies
