    Well, 256.8/53.8 today. Ate a little tiny piece of birthday cake and a single scoop of vanilla ice cream at my aunt's birthday party yesterday. YUM! My sister has been taking cake decorating classes, and so I felt obligated to have a little bit.

    Hip's loosening up a bit, so I'm able to get more activity in. Still a tad sore from gardening the other day, though. I'm definitely not used to all that squatting and kneeling and bending!

    Still hanging out on the plateau...la la la la la. Food was just a tad high for me yesterday, I took the boys out to dinner and had a salad, but it was a really big salad.

    I found you on SP and added you to my friends, Em! I'm making an effort to spend just a tad more time there and focus a little more on what I need to be doing. I want to set some streak goals.

    Yeah, it's tough to stay motivated through them...but the food tracking helps some. I can look at it and see that by all rights I ought to be losing weight, but if it persists past the next few days I can adjust some.

    Well, it's not the same place...sigh.
    I had some sugar yesterday. DS12 made brownies and I had one, also tried making some mango "not-ice-cream" with frozen mango, soy yogurt and vanilla soy coffee creamer, and I had a bit of that.

    Goal this week: Exercise! Going to a breaking seminar tonight, which is fun, but not a lot of cardio.

    Good job, Em! Going in the right direction is always a good thing.

    I got on the scale today, and was up (expected, I had a lot of carbs yesterday) but can't remember now what it said exactly. Doh. That's OK, I'm back on the wagon today, so we'll see where that takes me.

    I felt horrible yesterday, so didn't weigh. This morning, I'm at 255.8/54.2. Going down in spite of having pancakes for dinner last night.
