    --hat, scarf, or gloves/mittens
    --sweater
    --afghan or lap blanket
    --tv-watching shawl
    --purse or zippered bag
    --knit coffee cup cover
    --dishcloths
    --socks

    Do you sew?
    --tote bags
    --quilt, quillow, or lap robe
    --zippered cosmetic bag
    --book covers

    Do you bake or cook?

Typically I am a cookie baker, but this year I picked up a neat little cook book "Holiday Gifts from a Jar" at the grocery check out. That is my plan as of right now. I have plenty of jars, some appeared in my carport recently too, no one claims to have left them there.

I will have to bake for my parents, they just keep snacks as they live in an independent living apartment with meals prepared. They have a fridge and a microwave for cooking.

I have in the past crocheted and sewed, but then I have a few people in my bunch that consider anything home made as cheap (if they only knew!) and that you just didn't want to spend "time" shopping for them.LOL!

I make bread for our neighbors and some close friends - close to 15 loaves total. I make them starting in September and freeze them. This year I was given some Amish friendship bread starter and I made several varieties of that to give this year.

I can bake. I can't do much else in the crafting world.

Thena, what snobs!! I love anything handmade, to me it shows such love and caring. Ignore them!!!

LOL! My thoughts exactly. I love anything that someone went through the time to make just for me. I have a dear friend that has made me many things, some I have actually bought from her when she needed extra money. My patriotic bedroom has 3 items she made, I have several quilted Christmas hangings she made for me and she even made a quilted shell hanging for my bathroom and a fixed a round puzzle with dolphins for the same. Her gifts are truly from the heart.

Wow! That shawl's incredible! The yarn is a fabulous colorway, and I love the fringe.
